Melbourne Serivce Jam is one chapter of the Global Service Jam – a two and a half day service design sprint that occurs on the same weekend in cities around the world, from Toronto to Hong Kong. Across cities we were revealed the same nebulous brief and given the mentorship of senior service designers and the bright ideas of our team mates to interpret, ideate, research, prototype and present our service design solutions.
